IN THESE 7 YEARS OF EXISTENCE:

  • We received more than 4.000 applications for our scholarships.
  • 1.500 young people participated in our selection process.
  • We managed 500 individual interviews.
  • We granted 126 scholarships to young people that are the first professionals in their families.
  • We developed a network of more than 300 volunteers in different provinces of our country, that work alongside students in their phases of development.
  • 13 scholars finished their university studies or managed to enter the labor market.

    Talent Hunting

    We identify potential – capacity, curiosity and attitude – in young people
    who believe in knowledge as a pathway for their development.

    School-university transition

    We accompany the transition between school and university, through a large
    network of volunteers who assists each student in a personalized way.

    Continuous learning

    we design training programs aimed at developing, in our scholars, key skills and
    competencies that are currently demanded in the labour market, regardless of the
    career they have chosen.

    Permanent monitoring

    We develop follow-up techniques to monitor our scholars, not only in academic and
    professional aspects, but also taking into account their personal and family situations.

    Exchange of ideas and good practices

    We articulate meetings to promote dialogue between young people and professionals
    for different sectors, to generate job placement opportunities.

    Networks for development

    We collaborate with companies, organizations and individuals throughout the country, with the aim of generating synergies and promoting horizontal learning networks.
